WHO AM I?I’m a deliverer of customer satisfaction (and some 😊) by providing high-end digital ink jet solutions designed to enhance the capabilities of print businesses and ensure their customers enjoy a great experience too!I’ve been part of the print industry for over 40 years and witnessed some remarkable developments in this time, transitioning from selling analogue ink & sundries to providing advanced, innovative ink jet solutions to clients from across the industry spectrum. WHAT’S SO SPECIAL ABOUT ME?I’m a peoples-person. Meeting prospective clients and listening to their challenges and opportunities and then exploring their needs and requirements, so that I’m able to deliver a solution to their factory floor that’s both sustainable & cost effective, is what I love most about my role.I fully appreciate that my customers need to feel they know, like & trust me before they will commit to doing business with me – so our relationship begins with a no-obligation conversation, simple as that!PERSONALLY SPEAKING…I’m grateful - this wonderful industry provides me with a living to support my family and introduces me to some great people, each & every day.I’d love you to be one of them!And on a final note - when I'm not doing work stuff, I'm out with the family on bikes, listening to & playing music or doing a few laps in the pool 😊
