We identified the unhappiness of home owners with their Property Managers/Factors and we believed that we would be able to provide a better service than is the norm. This improvement in service we managed to do and picked up a few contracts. I was in employment while the running the company from home which meant working evenings and weekends. Unfortunately we were unable to grow the business as much as we had hoped and on starting as Facilities Manager for Robinson Services I closed the business. Although the business did not succeed as we had hoped it has provided me with greater understanding of running a business and the numerous challenges business owners face.
