Dimension Data's focus areas include network integration, security, data centres, converged communications, customer interactive technology, Microsoft products and professional, consulting, managed and support services. Newly created Global Executive role to drive the transformation of Dimension Data to become a global services organisation. Responsibilities included Global Accountability for Dimension Data’s Managed Services and IT Outsourcing business. The development and execution a global business transformation and investment strategy to move 300 client relationships globally from product centric to services based, drive significant revenue and contract growth

A global role created to lead the sales transformation from a product centric to a services organisation globally. Responsibilities included the development of a global go to market approach for Managed and Outsourcing Services. Build a sales methodology for major global Managed Services and Outsourcing opportunities and build a highly skilled, focused global team to target specific client opportunities. Work across multiple regional sales organisations to identify potential transformation leaders and significantly upskill selected teams and individuals

Single year assignment to reshape and restructure the general Sales Organsation to drive the transformation of a technology based Sales Orgranisation to be services led. The core program was to reshape the sales management team to focus on Identification and develop high performance individuals and teams. Appointment and mentoring of National Sales Management team

Over the 9 years this role expanded and changed significantly. • 2002-2004 Post the dot.com crash Dimension Data needed to redefine its business model, exit a number of non-performing businesses, return to profitability and drive a profitable growth agenda. I was appointed to led a strategy development team in Australia to re-define the go to market model for the Australian market. Once the strategy was defined I was appointed to execute the Line of Business base GTM strategy defined. • 2004-2006. The role was expanded to include a specific focus on growing Services as a percentage of revenue. This included the creation of Consulting, Support and Managed Services• 2006-2007. The Microsoft Line of Business model created in Australia was seen as Global Best Practice and therefore a global project was initiated to create a global Microsoft Line of Business which I led. • 2008-2011. The move to Managed Services. The main focus during this time was the incubation and build out of a dedicated Managed Services and IT Outsourcing practice within Dimension Data Australia. • During all these periods I retained operational management responsibility for the Australian Lines of Business.
