My role involves various facets of infrastructure management, a diverse range of multi-region services, alert response, and reporting.After years of managing racks of infrastructure in an Austin data center, it was my immense pleasure to migrate to AWS and become deeply integrated into their cloud. My role is directly involved with several AWS services across our cloud footprint, ensuring that customer portals are always available while supporting seamless development workflow in our multi-region environment.
