Promoting a positive image as a service provider for the community. Working to ensure customers receive efficient, effective and high quality service, dealing quickly and effectively with enquiries and complaints. Provide first line access to customers for all library, council and voluntary services. Be actively involved in writing the Library service plan with other managers. Reflecting key priorities in the library strategy, Public Benchmark Standards and national customer service awards.
