I am a strategy & transformation executive with expertise in the design and delivery of strategic improvement programs. I have worked closely with organisations and management teams to help understand the opportunities that exist and to develop practical and pragmatic improvement programs that deliver real organisational value.During my career I have gained a wide range of expertise, working with Tier 1 organisations inlcluding WorleyParsons, Teys, multiple Queensland Government agncies, QGC, Rio Tinto etc. David’s career highlights include: • Increasing the revenue of a curtains & blind business by 80% in two years and establishing an emerging technology enabled manufacturer• Assurance Program Director for a multi-year, multi-agency improvement program as part of Queensland Government’s response to the train crew shortages of 2016 • Strategy, brand and technology lead for establishment WorleyParsons’ new advisory business, including responsibility for the investment business case and growth strategy development• Program Manager for the post-merger integration program for Townsville City Council, including working with the executive team to design and implement the program• Implementation for a Program Management Office for the development phase of a $20B rail infrastructure program for Transport for NSW• Key planning advisor for the delivery of Coal Seam Gas upstream infrastructure for the QCLNG program. My diverse range of experience, coupled with his methodical problem-solving approach, enables me to work outside the confines of traditional functional silos found within organisations. I use this expertise to design, develop and implement improvement programs that result in tangible and enduring organisational change.
