With an over decade-long CAP career, my expertise spans leadership, strategic planning, and operations management, all driven by a commitment to community service and aviation excellence.My journey with CAP is fueled by a profound passion for aviation and an unwavering dedication to community engagement. Under my leadership, the Ohio Wing has conducted numerous high-stakes search and rescue operations and spearheaded substantial disaster response efforts. Additionally, I have championed aerospace education programs that have significantly impacted hundreds of students across Ohio, fostering early interest in STEM disciplines and cultivating the aerospace leaders of tomorrow.In my capacity as Wing Commander, I am responsible for guiding over 1200 dedicated senior members and cadets in the Ohio Wing. My leadership is rooted in the CAP’s core values of integrity, volunteer service, excellence, and respect. I strive to lead by example, creating a supportive environment where every member can thrive and contribute meaningfully to our shared goals.Beyond operational leadership, I am passionately involved in expanding aerospace education throughout Ohio schools. By partnering with educational institutions and aerospace industry leaders, we aim to enhance the educational landscape and prepare students for future careers in aviation and space technology.I am eager to connect with professionals who are as enthusiastic about aviation, education, and community service as I am.
