I've been successful in penetrating accounts and building relationships with everyone from category managers to company presidents. I have the ability to analyze sales and market data and target sales plans to address the key business drivers. Actual experience has taught me the following:--In developing sales plans, the 4 P's (Product Availability, Promotion, Pricing, and Presence) must be effectively addressed. The 4 P's are like 4 cylinders on an engine - if one isn't firing, the engine will not perform to its potential.--Tactical planning is essential. I am exceptional at it.--The mind can only absorb as much as the backside can endure.--Change is inevitable.
