Responsible for continued safe operations of the Ku-Band space station sub-system, enhancement of health monitoring and trend analyses, and project lead. Lead SLS operations team to deliver maintenance operations and launch commit requirements to NASA for operations at Kennedy Space Center. ■ Lead SLS operational requirements team as primary integrator of multi-discipline engineering by establishing technical expectations for requirements, defining interface demarcation, ensuring consistency and completeness across requirements, and performing quality reviews.■ Manage SLS operational requirement effort by defining statement of work tasks, establishing next-tier program milestones, generating requirements release process, and setting team cadence.■ Organize project status and tracking in Jira and generate burndown, earned value, and first-pass quality report metrics in eazyBI.■ Develop SLS Avionics system integration and maintenance operational requirements and launch commit criteria through coordination with development, maintenance, test, and launch teams.■ Established and led cross-team review board to assess existing software change requests and provide ConOps of new Ku-Band system features for input to software change board.■ Performed sub-system sustaining support by monitoring telemetry data for continued viable operations, performing troubleshooting of on-orbit anomalies, and leading anomaly report resolution.■ Led cross-discipline effort between systems engineering, security engineering, software engineering, and NASA to identify requirements applicability, assess network security vulnerabilities, verify through test, and coordinate on-orbit implementation of mitigations of Ku-Band system.
