Responsible for engineering, installing, configuring, and troubleshooting new or upgraded Project IT data centers\hubs. This depends on the project size.Responsible for building out small to medium scale server virtual machines and\or dedicated servers to support the dozens of MAXIMUS projects. Part of a small team supporting over 4000+ (and growing) Windows Servers. We handle everything from building the servers to troubleshooting the servers to re-deployments as required. Responsible for architecting, building, and upkeep of over a dozen Golden Images used for deployment throughout the MAXIMUS corporation. This is a website I started over 18 years ago to help folks learn about computers and also provide timely news they need to know about. I am the owner of the website but I do have a team of folks who also contribute to the site and we have recently brought in a Marketing and Site Design Co. to help us expand well beyond where we are now. Via the website I have been contacted\asked to speak at several events relating to Small Business specifically helping small business owners make better use of what they currently have and showing them, from a cost conscious mentality, how they can look like the “larger companies” they compete with at a fraction of the cost without losing the 'personal touch'. I have spoken at the Microsoft Store (Tysons Corner) and am now involved in a couple of 'pro bono' projects in the DC area helping small business achieve what I, and a few others around here have achieved already, and that's launching a Small Business and actually making it successful. My website is currently listed (after a recent re-vamp, front to back) as one of the top two million visited websites on the planet. We are growing at an alarming rate.
