Oversee all IT operations for this $1.6B company with 35 manufacturing sites in the US and Canada. Supervise a staff of 13. Responsible for SAP S4 Hana, service desk, infrastructure, PMO, data analytics, BI, and process solution functions. Manage and support the application portfolio. This team used tools from Mulesoft and Boomi that reduced cycle time by 15%. •Re-structured/Aligned IT Team with company and end customer needs and goals. Created a shared service organization for the service desk and application teams and consolidated local site IT infrastructure resources. These changes improved IT efficiencies by 10% in the first year in the areas mentioned. •Established the corporate PMO and the Business Solutions structure. Developed all policies and standards.
