At DSD we are a team of 7 fellow students, of an early stage startup, currently working on developing synthetic data, which is able to mutate through time, for an array of different industries ranging from banks and legal firms to the biomedical field. My responsibilities currently are:• Researching the appropriate technologies for our generative models• Implementing said technologies (currently working with GANs andBayesian Networks)• Communicating with the public and explaining why synthetic data could bea more efficient and ethical solution than using traditional sensitive data.

Contributed to the development of a mobile app called Live Smart Campus, which is able to reveal the occupancy of the USI/SUPSI Eastern Campus building by using Bluetooth beacons.• Front-end development with Flutter• UX Design

Assisted developing a natural language processing (NLP) software for the Winograd Challenge. We implemented several technologies in order to probabilistically predict the correct ending to a given sentence. Some of the tools that I personally used were:• Neural Networks with Pytorch• Google’s BERT model for NLP
