I was located in Ferrari Sport Management offices, this allowed me to have daily face to face contact with UPS key customers, working in logistic, communication and customer care. Everyday I managed Ferrari national and international expeditions, including F1 spare parts, merchandising and documents from the very start in Maranello to the delivery and further. Due to my strategical location in Maranello, I was involved in many process not strictly related to the daily expeditions and I managed a small warehouse of Ups goods inside the Ferrari office. Beside my role in Maranello, I also supportet Ups Bologna Center in remote work. My task there was to enter data in the tracking system, operating on hundreds of parcels everyday in the Modena, Bologna and Ferrara province areas.
