- Engine Management Systems Engineering Project Management:=> Ensure that the Customer program is running according to the plan agreed with the Customer.=> Ensure the SW development and the system calibration on customer application, coordinating cross-functional teams of product development and finalizing the support of the Deployment System Engineer and the Product Engineer to the corporate objectives and to the customer.=> Ensure the achievement of the objectives of profitability, quality and development scheduled agreed with the Program Management.=> Attend cross-functional teams activities in the Product Launch Phase, supporting the Product Engineer and the Process Manager.=> ECU prototypes orders, planning and delivery management support=> Open Point management with risk evaluation and sharing with all the functional business=> Definition with the System Deployment Engineer and Quality of the system validation plans, ensuring their implementation.=> Coordination of third level analysis of field returns=> Coordination of technical activities' planning with the involved organizational units as shown in the project organization chart.=> Technical issues coordination among the development disciplines and internal organizations and externally, with customer and suppliers.=> Change management process leadership across all functional teams in the product perimeter=> Change Control Board coordination.=> Project work products configuration management and control.Achievements:=> Engine Management System project coordination from concept to SOP for Fiat, Opel, Piaggio, BMW Motorrad, Husqvarna, Alfa Romeo car and motorbike applications.=> Automotive SPICE Process Improvement project coordination and external consultant management, with the achieved target of reaching Level 2 certification.
