Establish, maintain and execute plans for the engineering design, development, certification and delivery of aerospace products, including engine sensors utilized by NASA to propel the next generation of spacecraft supporting the Space Policy Directive 1, signed in December 2017.

Concurrently manage an average of 10 custom aviation training projects from contract signing through product delivery and support. Average contract durations range anywhere from four months to two years and can have values in the multimillion dollar range.- Analyze signed contracts for specifics on pricing, scope and schedule and confirm with internal account mangers as well as client project sponsors.- Perform official ‘project kickoff’ with engineering managers and work together to identify potential risks, define WBS and group-level assignments.- Establish risk mitigation plans that minimize or eliminate impacts to cost, schedule or quality. Define risk trigger points and monitor project progress to execute the risk mitigation plan or close the risk if no longer applicable.- Build and maintain detail project schedules, monitor and report project status and provide work direction for project teams.- Work directly with customers, internal management and project team members regarding project progress, scope, risks, issues, deliverables, budgets and time lines.- Develop and maintain outstanding relationships, with customer representatives, other project managers, resource managers, team leads and individual contributors to support open and healthy communication and collaboration.- Follow change management process for any requested modifications, both during and after project completion. Identify detail requirements, estimate cost of changes, schedule impacts and facilitate any additional communications required to finalize and initiate changes after securing formal execution.- Work with customer facility personnel to coordinate both domestic and international delivery logistics- Travel to customer site to install device, perform user and maintenance personnel training, and support customers during acceptance testing.Designed, developed and implemented a resource capacity and tracking process utilizing MS Project Server and other MS Office tools.

Manage the planning, design, development, testing, integration, implementation and ongoing support of marketing and e-commerce website projects.

Manage all aspects of a nationally deployed cellular tower asset management tool (CellTrack) with a user base of over 2,500 employees. Assumed the role of interim IT Senior Manager throughout the SPRINT/NEXTEL merger to provide a focal point of stability and sustain productivity with a team performing requirements analysis, project management, quality control and customer support.- Accountable for defining, procuring, spending and tracking an annual budget of about one million dollars- Evaluate, prioritize and manage all CellTrack enhancements.- Represent IT as the system owner and jointly lead (with the business owner) a 10 member steering committee representing the various regions across the nation. The steering committee was sanctioned to define, prioritize, and approve funding, acceptance and implementation of all enhancement releases on behalf of the user community.- Perform all SDLC management of a major 18 month duration system upgrade project that added property management and lease tracking (PMLT) functionality.- Implemented a significant business critical enhancement (E911) to track and maintain GPS coordinate data used in the active networking system to route 911 calls to the emergency response center location closest to the tower where the call originated.- Identified and implemented SOX compliance controls and reporting processes.- Resource manager for a team of 8 employees and contractors.

Manage the relationship between Nextel and Motorola development teams on implementation and enhancements of an electronic same-day order fulfillment system. Orders placed at a Nextel store by two p.m. would be electronically transmitted to a Motorola fulfillment site where they were built, configured, activated, shipped to the store and available for the customer to pick up the next day.

Lead a team of technical support personnel for a development group focussed on an order entry management system (SIEBEL). Coordinate the definition, procurement and implementation of multiple hardware environments to support the ICIS (International Customer Information System) project. Install and maintain Oracle database on WindowsNT and Sun Solaris operating systems, and provide administrative functions for the SIEBEL application.

Manage a team of analyst responsible for defining and documenting business and functional requirements, test plans, and procedural guidelines. The Business Analyst team worked with the end-user community to identify requirements, and with the engineering team to identify technically feasible solutions.
