Established in 2010, 6-4-3 is a best-in-class and profitable baseball training academy and sports facility operator in Marietta, Georgia. The 6-4-3 organization proudly trains 500+ student-athletes on its 30+ teams. 6-4-3 is recognized by Perfect Game, Triple Crown Sports, and many college coaches as a highly decorated and premier amateur baseball organization in the United States.• Responsible for the day-to-day operations, innovation, marketing, social media, labor force and overall quality of the company’s core business units: instructional services, academy teams, and event hosting• Responsible for making sound financial decisions and strategic planning as an executive of the company and manager of the P&L to maximize the qualitative attributes of the company and its financial success• Played integral role in the successful negotiation of key, supply chain contracts with New Balance (2015-present; shoe, uniform and apparel provider), Marucci (2021-present; equipment provider), Rawlings (2011-2021), All-American Specialties (2013-2021), and Mizuno (2011-2014) • Launched the 6-4-3 website in 2010 and led successful redesign of the website in 2014/15

The 6-4-3 Foundation is the charitable arm of 6-4-3 DP Athletics. Established in 2013 as its own 501(c)(3) entity, the foundation’s mission is to positively effect the lives of children and their families through sports.• Responsible for the successful administration of the charitable organization including board meetings, fundraising endeavors, and programmatic initiatives (ex. scholarships, grants, and service projects)• Created and launched the Kelly & Mike Price Merit Based Scholarship Program (2014), the Need Based Scholarship Program (2014), and the Community Grant Program (2015)• Successfully executed Founders Club campaign to raise initial funding of $50,000

Turner Sports, a division of Turner Broadcasting System, Inc., is an industry leader in televised and online sports programming, airing championship-level sporting events on TBS, TNT and truTV, and managing some of the most popular sports sites on the Internet. • Responsible for the strategic planning and execution of sponsorship programs for national advertising partners and clients within MLB on TBS, MLB Postseason on TBS - Wildcard, LDS and LCS games, and NASCAR on TNT telecasts• Served as sponsorship expert to internal sales force on the sale of sponsorship and promotion assets tied to Turner Sports’ televised and online programming • Served also as primary sales liaison to live-event, production colleagues during the successful execution of sponsorship programs promised to national advertising partners• Served as manager of the department’s Travel & Entertainment budget and Revenue Dependent Promotions budget ($1.7M combined) and was the primary contact with Accounting personnel
