Managed the Data Analytics team in a voter turnout campaign in the Bronx with over 4,000 Voter ID's. Established systems for processing and management of data, as well as training the team to most efficiently process the data taken from both VAN and surveys of registered voters in the district.

Responsible for management of policy and advocacy projects for clients based in NYC. Clients included non-profits, campaigns, and city contracts.Successfully passed the Stop Immigration Bond Abuse Act (SIMBAA) in New York State, anchored by our clients African Communities Together and the Envision Freedom Fund as a part of the Break the Shackles Coalition. Worked with the Break the Shackles Coalition in an administrative capacity, coordinating communication with 35+ partner organizations, creating media kits, and conducting research. Attended the 2021 SOMOS Puerto Rico Conference on behalf of the coalition, lobbying for the SIMBAA bill in NYS.

As both the Field Coordinator and a Political Consultant on the NYC Action Lab team, responsibilities included managing/training a team of 10 organizers doing field work throughout several projects. Led the formulation and facilitation of documents to collect field data to analyze/organize the information for reports with the New York City Housing Authority's Resident Engagement team. Coordinated a field team that door-knocked over 10,000 doors across Harlem and Brooklyn, providing education materials about the different pathways possible for NYCHA developments.

During my time in this role with EA:I analyzed soccer games in real time, then made recommendations and edits to the online EA FIFA Database. These edits included anything from the apparel that players were wearing in various weather, to the atmosphere/climate of the stadium. I provided updates the rosters of the online database by paying close attention to the transfer news and free agent market that my assigned teams were participating in.I was one of three individuals responsible for the analyzing and edits of Atlanta United, the newest addition to Major League Soccer at the time. During my time as Data Reviewer/Editor, Atlanta United won the league, resulting in a lot of on and off-field activity from the organization. I was evaluated on the accuracy, promptness, and importance of the recommended edits that I made to the online database.
