Between January and October 2023, I led a team of Engagement Managers spanning five other Gen AI / content understanding ML accounts. My team both directly owned the customer relationships and oversaw the internal execution of AI data labeling work for these projects.

Scouted and validated new technologies and helped run Ulteig’s innovation program, working cross-functionally to solicit, evaluate, and develop innovative solutions. Provided strategic guidance to former Measure UAS, Inc. enterprise clients on the evaluation and development of in-house drone programs. This was an extension of my advisory services work at Measure with the new business entity formed by Measure's joint venture with Aerodyne Group.

Helped Measure grow from 2 employees to 50+, raise $27.5 million in investment, run thousands of commercial drone operations across numerous countries, and build a leading drone program management SAAS platform for enterprises. As VP of Product Strategy, I oversaw three interconnected pillars--managing our product catalog, overseeing R&D investments, and leading Measure's advisory services practice.Highlights include:• Managed product catalog of 100+ offerings in several industry verticals, including energy; telecommunications; and architecture, engineering & construction (AEC), bridging the gap between drone services and Measure's SaaS platform for drone program management, Ground Control. • Used agile methods to drive product design and development, working cross-functionally. • Headed up strategic drone consulting practice, helping customers calculate ROI, design, and implement drone programs.• Managed budget and business cases for R&D projects; project manager for certain R&D efforts.• Built and managed strategic partnerships to improve Measure's services portfolio and SaaS platform.• Spearheaded business cases and design for operational strategies, including buildout of qualified drone pilot network & SOP and pilot training updates. • Participated regularly in industry panels, webinars, and media interviews.• Acted as Co-chair of UAS Working Group at US Chamber of Commerce, March 2017-March 2018.

Supported public outreach campaigns and social media presence for U.S. government's export promotion group at U.S. Embassy Bangkok. Also contributed research, analysis, and writing to USFCS Country Commercial Guide for Thailand.

Compiled and published weekly news report concerning members and ASEAN nations and assembled detailed report on Malaysian government ministries for business mission guide.

Developed English language curriculum in 3 year-long courses at public high school in Hiroshima Prefecture, teaching ~20 classes per week, ~40 students per class.• Delivered welcome presentation to 250+ people at new JET orientation in Tokyo and led 4 workshops at Hiroshima Skills Development Conference for 200+ JETs and Japanese teachers.• Organized 8 events for 50+ people as leader of Association for JET, including 2 climbs of Mt. Fuji.

Kaibab National Forest, Arizona

Surveyed Northern Goshawk territory to accurately assess health of breeding population in relation to terrain and forest type. This ecological study produced forest management recommendations for Southwest sector of national Forest Service land.
