Support the local business management in the definition and execution of the marketing and commercial strategy for the product portfolio.Main activities:- Sell-in data analysis to keep track of sales performance vs target and best / low selling SKUs to improve the efficiency - GfK data analysis (sell-out) to monitor Haier’s brands positioning vs competitors and new market trends- Product benchmarking to evaluate competitors’ proposal and identify market niches to target - Definition of proper product line-up in cooperation with markets, covering product gaps, ensuring the best positioning and recommended price- Business case evaluation for new product launches and projects- Project management: deal with multiple stakeholders (product managers, market business team, quality, etc.) to ensure timely launch of new products and markets’ support (product information, presentations, meetings organization, etc.)- Others: business review with directors, participation to internal and public events (IFA, Salone del Mobile)

Main Projects:- Project aimed at supporting the Sustainability Function of a large multinational Group of the FMCG industry in the development of sustainability strategies, by understanding their socio-environmental performance, analyzing the competitive arena, identifying priority ESG issues and defining long-term guidelines.- involved in PMO activities to support the IT Function of a large multinational Group of the FMCG industry in the upgrade of the technological infrastructure throughout the entire Group perimeter, involving different locations worldwide. - PMO activities for the Internal Communication function of a FMCG company aimed at coordinating the development of Action Plans in 40+ countries after an Employee Climate Survey and redesign of the employee onboarding experience process.- Project aimed at supporting the Compliance and Risk Management Function of a large asset management Italian company in its Post Merger Integration activities. Main tasks include the integration of investment limits of the target company and mapping of investment funds held by the same.Other Tasks:- drafting industry reports and company profiles to target potential clients;- benchmarking activities.

A rapidly growing supermarket cashback app start-up. The app that helps grocery shoppers save money across retailers, by providing customised coupons on everyday and healthy products.As Customer Experience Assistance my main role was to act as the primary interface for any possible Users' issues or request to improve their general experience with the app.Main tasks:- Test the user experience on the app and suggest improvements that would satisfy customers' needs;- Redesigning and constantly improving the customer support process at GreenJinn; - Develop ad hoc analysis around impact of campaigns or other operations with suggestions for potential improvements; - Manage customer queries and issues via GreenJinn’s app-connected software, via e-mail and social media;- Look for new brands and get in touch with them to run campaigns on the app;- Improve interaction with corporate dashboard in order to handle data efficiently.

Activity organized between PSA Italy and a group of 20 Bocconi Students. The aim of the project has been to promote ‘Electric, smart and sustainable mobility of DS brand and its new electric vehicles releases.Worked in a group of five students and with direct support and feedback from DS managers, resulting in a final presentation of the project at PSA Italy site in Milan.

Activity organized between Engie Italia and a group of 20 Bocconi Students. The students selected were asked to develop a Project Management business case about the reorganization of a municipal swimming facility, developing a new business-financial plan for the following years.The In-Company Training is a career program that Bocconi University organizes in cooperation with global employers in Italy and overseas. The initiative is addressed to groups of 15-25 students, and it is structured in a theoretical part (presentations and testimonies) and a practical part (business case, group work, networking, etc.).
