Consulted on a very large data warehousing (EDW) effort with many simultaneous project initiatives involving the centralization of customer information. My primary role centered on OLAP architecture including the development of a Unified Dimensional Model (UDM) and the delivery of ad-hoc analysis through Analysis Services and ProClarity Analytics. I also contributed to the large scale ETL architecture and development efforts, as well as, Data QA. The primary technologies leveraged were the Microsoft BI toolset (SQL Server, SSAS, SSIS, SSRS), ProClarity Analytics, and Sharepoint.

Developed data warehouse using SQL Server toolset - built and maintained cubes in Analysis Services. Related responsibilities included ETL application development and maintenance of nightly Financial and Operational data loads from OLTP data sources.

Routine tasks included stored procedure development and the design and development of DTS/SSIS packages.

Client: Boeing (Seattle, WA)Provided complete SQL Server DBA and DB development services including system installation, upgrading, and configuration; backup; permissions and security; performance monitoring and tuning; indexes; replication; database analysis, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Other responsibilities included database design and implementation; data modeling; ensuring data integrity and business rule enforcement; DTS development; custom report development; stored procedure and trigger development.
