Handled Alcatel Lucent Systems engineering, planning and scheduling, network technical design, site preparation, technical integrity, report generation, technical support, remediation and growth planning for different wireless projects in the Caribbean region. • Served as Network Systems technical lead by managing system’s design and providing pre-sales technical interface between customer and engineering technical consultants for for most network components on new $80M Telefonica project in Puerto Rico and 3 smaller projects with Codetel-DR. • Ensured performance and functional criteria and requirements met customer’s contract specifications by leading certification process for Lucent Technologies system and all wireless, voicemail, messaging, transport, NOC platforms.• Won yearly Tech Support contracts that were monitored consequently starting with a $1.5M Telefonica-PR, a $1.2M with Verizon-DR, a $2M in Curacao, a $5M project in Caiman Island, a $2M in Bermuda and a $5M project in Haiti; increasing satisfaction levels that resulted in gaining more business by interfacing with customers regarding all technical aspects of dealings with Lucent Technologies.
