In Insurance and banking I quickly moved up the food chain receiving many promotions. At IOA, I specialized in client enrollment strategies with a focus on selling supplemental health plans. As a project manager, I led client open enrollments utilizing a virtual national call center with licensed agents, helping to educate and assist employees in all of their employers' offerings to protect themselves and their families. I have a proven track record of success in both outside and inside sales being able to engage business owners, C-suite executives and senior HR managers. Providing exceptional customer service, team leadership, optimizing collaboration between sales and support teams, as well as out of the box thinking to create production efficiencies are also a large part of my skill set. In insurance and banking I have a demonstrated record of interviewing, hiring and training reps and managers into high volume producers. In sales I consistently met and exceeded corporate goals. As an example of my sales performance, one of our clients was a National Rent to Own company with 600 employees and very high turnover. Working with the HR team, I created a highly effective communication and education client engagement process to help employees elect the best plans for their personal situations. Employee participation in medical plans increased from 53% to 73%, supplemental plans increased from 30% to 60% and these participation levels stayed consistent for six years in a row. Before the market crash in 2008, I was an AVP Mortgage Banking Director with Wachovia. I managed multiple departments and district offices in Florida and Georgia. At its apex, I managed over 170 employees in my territory averaging $400M loan volume.Currently life licensed in 44 states.
