I’m a Senior Executive with a multi-year experience in different roles in industrial companies mainly active in the agricultural sector. Confident in most of the key business area of a company ranging from sales, to marketing, service, finance and human resources. Orientation to results is a main drive in my profession allowing me to have a track record of accomplishment.The professional experience I have built so far can contribute to the success of a commercial sales team as well as a marketing department or a service organisation. I covered for years the CEO Managing Director role of established companies that allows me to know how to manage a company specially if owned by a multinational corporate. The roles that suit me best are Sales management, Product management, Marketing, Management of affiliated companies. In the role of managing a company as CEO I got a solid familiarity with the managerial objectives from setting and achieving business targets, people management, pursue and achieve healthy EBIT, manage product life cycle, Spare parts and stock management, organize accounting and reporting department, submit to the local authorities due financial report (P&L, Balance sheet). I’ve been personally and deeply involved in hundreds of customer deals being with that comfortable in managing big size deal.
