• Design/Development of beeTV client, a Live/VoD Mobile TV application. Customized and deployed to the biggest European mobile operators: Vodafone Italia, Vodafone Germany, Vodafone Netherlands, Vodafone Turkey, Mobilkom Austria,RedBull Austria,Broaden Sweden, Pelephone Israel, H3G Italy, Hi3G Sweden and Denmark, TDC Denmark;• Design/Development of Pagine Gialle Visual Mobile. Map application released by the Italian operator SEAT on Windows Phone devices.• PM/Development of CRM of the Italian "Camere di Commercio" (chambers of Commerce) (www.crmcameredicommercio.it). • Project Management: Team management for the design and development of an e-learning platform with audio/video streaming, documents sharing and messaging system between users (5 resources).• Solution Analysis and Architecture:o Mobile Video-Surveillance System. System based on IP cameras, and mobile phone clients (JME and Symbian(. PC Software able to detect movement based on advanced movement recognition algorithms. The Project got a patent from Italian Patent Office.o Home Automation and Energy Saving. System based on Zig-Bee to automate basic home functions (appliances on/off), detect power consumption, stand-by mode, enable power saving.o Mobile Wireless Control. Software (server and mobile client), able to control PC from Mobile devices (JME/Symbian)ACHIEVED TARGETS: Delivery of complex systems, experimentation on Mobile software and Home Automation, team management. Surveillance systems got patent from Italian Patent Office.
