- Recruitment and deployment of Swedish and international staff worldwide- HR-support to internationally deployed staff and Heads of Unit at the International Department - Coordination and development of cooperation and dialogue with the International Federation of the Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC) and other Red Cross and Red Crescent National Societies in issues relating to recruitment and management of international staff- Coordination and maintenance of SRC’s delegate staff pool for international deployment, including processes and routines for the use of the staff pool management IT-system- Coordination of SRC’s process for selecting and nominating pool members for the Red Cross Red Crescent Movement’s international disaster response operations - Quarterly reporting of metrics relating to internationally deployed staff- Swedish Red Cross HR representative in international meetings, foras, conferences- Co-lead for an international working group, responsible for developing a global Core Competency Framework for the international disaster response of the IFRC- Co-chair of the Human Resources Group for International Delegate Deployment (HRGIDD), comprised of 20-25 Red Cross Red Crescent National Societies (2016-2017)- HR representative in the Swedish Red Cross International Department's Management Team (2015-2017)

- Responsible for the international trainee program with a yearly budget of SEK 2,5-3 million- Creation of We Effect’s trainee program including development recruitment, development of employment conditions, policies, guidelines, tools, templates and routines- Development and maintenance of a web based and anonymized recruitment system with 200-250 applicants per year- Management and administration of contracting, visa, insurance, travel reimbursements, follow-up and evaluation of approximately 30 trainee placements per year- Contribution to the development of overall organizational HR policies and guidelines

- Recruitment, introduction, appraisal and exit interviews with approx. 10 expat staff per year- Consultative HR support to regional coordinators in three regional offices I Central and South America- Methodological and organizational development within HR (e.g. work environment, preventive safety and security, crisis management, administrative routines and filing systems, etc.)- Coordination and management of 3-4 trainee coordinators per year

- Nicaraguan trade organization of agricultural workers, whose work focuses on protecting the rights of their members throughout the country- Methodological support in the development of leadership courses for youth and adults, members of the organization- Development of texts and methodological guides and facilitation of week-long leadership courses - Part-time (50%) position parallel with the above position
