Installation, commissioning and integration of NSN equipment for Sprint.I am responsible for the installation of the Nokia 2.5 Gig equipment into the existing racks. I also commission the equipment, and integrate the bbu. If an issue is found I arrange for a tower crew and work with them on resolving the issues found. I also conduct on site training for.

Responsibilities include commissioning of new equipment, conducting site walks, drive testing, documenting site progress and associated activities.I am experienced at 3g/4g atps, site walks, drive testing, conducting M1/M2 level commissioning, construction complete audits, fiber insertions on the Samsung cellular bts equipment and installing/commissioning.

Lead teams of contractors installing equipment in Sprint switches in the upper midwest and the north east.Was responsible for all aspects of the installation project.

Maintained cell sites in assigned area, including running routine scheduled diagnostics. Followed up on detected alarms, installed new equipment, oversaw construction of new sites, conducted site walks during commissioning. Maintained DAS systems, from single node to major installations in manufacturing settings. Conducted 911 & e911 call testing, Followed.

My last position was running the test bed at an installation project for 14 months. I also assisted in field duties (sweeps, installations) and where ever I was needed.
