David Kowalski is an associate in the San Diego office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the firm's Litigation & Trial Department.Mr. Kowalski is a member of the firm’s Intellectual Property Litigation Practice and focuses his practice on complex patent litigation. He has extensive experience representing and advising clients on a variety of different patent litigation matters.He has also represented and advised clients on a variety of non-patent intellectual property and litigation issues, including trade secret, trademark, false advertising, unfair competition, copyright and publicity rights.Mr. Kowalski has worked with clients in a diverse range of technology areas and industries, including software, mass spectrometry & ion processing, biotechnology & diagnostics, networking, and voice coding, among others.
