Currently I am a Store Manager at Lucky Brand, a premium denim and lifestyle brand that offers high-quality and timeless apparel for men and women. With over 15 years of experience in the retail industry, I have developed a passion and a skill for talent development, retail operations, and merchandising strategies. I have also earned multiple certifications in leadership, coaching, and loss prevention.Prior to joining Lucky Brand, I was a Regional Talent Resource Manager at rue21, a leading fast fashion retailer that caters to young people. In this role, I was on a mission to rebuild 20 districts and 200+ stores through talent recruitment and development, merchandising coaching, operational planning, and loss prevention audits. I collaborated with support center business partners to introduce new and innovative tools and initiatives to better support store leaders across the organization. I also demonstrated a record of multi-unit management success in bringing five different store locations to profitability and financial success, while running my own high-volume location.
