• Created and implemented a new business sales strategy, specifically into new market sectors to prepare Coffee Nation for sale to a trade or private equity buyer.

• Lead the UK Sales team to enable sales and profit targets to be exceeded by 7%.
• Initiated a new recruitment and training programme for new UK Field Sales that resulted in a step change in field sales productivity
• Initiated sales and marketing strategies that increased business in new target sectors in excess of £1.5 million.
• Established KPIs, target setting/bonus schemes, forecasting, activity planning, pipeline management to maximize sales force productivity.
