I have been a software developer since 2001. In my time, I have worked with a wide range of tools and technologies, but I am still eager to learn.I believe in simple solutions without corner cutting; maintainable and readable code over complicated and difficult-to-maintain code.I believe in being proactive when it comes to addressing known issues. For example, if we anticipate a particular scenario that will lead to erroneous results, I believe we should correct it before customers have a chance to discover it.I am a strong believer in walking the walk, not just talking the talk. For example, I love to demonstrate for my fellow employees how to do TDD cleanly--I'm not content to just encourage its use.
