Reporting to the Head of Consumer Products, I held numerous customer-facing roles within the Organic (B2C) and Partner (B2B2C) teams which acquired 120 million users to date and accounts for more than 60% of Lookout’s revenue. As a mobile security company, Lookout’s mission is to secure mobile devices as the world becomes more connected. Since 2009, Lookout continually collects millions of sensor data (90k apps/day) and applies Machine Learning to enrich its AI-based Security Engine. • Worked closely with VP and C-level executives to close two major partnership deals with AT&T and NTT Docomo and deploy a new business strategy which consists of monetizing our technology via white-labeled applications.• Managed 3 product lines with a wide range of business models across Americas, EMEA and APAC.• Led various product initiatives such as: core feature development, SDK product line, Android and iOS apps UX redesign, ideation and launch of a new billing integration model.• Cross-functional team management with dozens of rock star Engineers distributed across the globe, Product Designers and Data Scientists.

Moving from Paris to San Francisco in search of a PM role in a consumer-focused startup was a bold move that paid off when I found Lookout. As a mobile security company, Lookout's mission is to secure mobile devices as the world becomes more connected. I joined the Partners Team, which generates the majority of Lookout's growth in users and revenue (120M users) through strategic partnerships with the largest wireless operators in the world. • Developed product features to grow key metrics (activations, conversions) for Lookout's core iOS and Android application distributed with 9+ operators in three regions: US (AT&T, T-Mobile, Sprint), EMEA (Orange, Deutsche Telekom and EE) and APAC (NTT Docomo, KDDI, Telstra).• Accumulated strong experience in dealing with Apple (App Review process escalations), Google and OEMs (pre-installs on smartphones). • Self-taught UI/UX design skills by working closely with Product Designers to learn how to design mobile apps end-to-end using tools such as Sketch and InVision.

In this Sales-focused role, I developed new and existing strategic accounts for the company (e.g. Nestlé, EDF). Being on the Sales' side of the organization enabled me to acquire a holistic view of the business from first engagement, contract signing to product launch.
