I've been a dedicated Retail Employee for many years, but my true calling has always been IT and computers. My broad history of customer service experience would be very useful in transitioning into an IT Support role. In the last 20 years, I have hand-built, upgraded, or diagnosed hundreds of PC's both professionally and for myself, neighbors or friends.
