Ensure the continuous improvement of critical processes.- Suggest professional and up-to date improvement of the Flight Operations systems.- Establish the root causes of application errors and escalating serious concerns to management and providers.- Review and Optimize interaction between Aircraft systems and Ground Systems.- Participate in the development of new cost-effective aircraft communication methods such as 4G/5G, Wi-Fi, Satcom.- Oversee upgrades and maintenance software applications related to flight applications (Sabre ,Aviobook, etc) in order to stramline business processes.- Document processes and monitoring application performance.- Be a business partner interface for functional evolution analysis, gathering requirements and follow up actions and timeline.- Provide system administration of the EFB and Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions.- Provide training on operational systems to technical and non-technical people (eg: Boeing OPT).- Work as back-up engineer for any flight operations support matter (Route analysis, Performance, Navigation, EFB, etc).- Ensure that financial and operational objectives are met, by developing and maintaining a set of relevant and agreed KPI's.
