Provide Agile coaching and guidance to major programs and projects that are adopting agile delivery methodology and migrating away from the waterfall methodology. Interact with the Project Managers, Development and Test organizations as well as the Business partners to educate and coach them in the agile methodology. Responsible for ensuring success in adopting agile in EMEA, LATAM and APAC regions: • Provide expertise in area and an advanced level of understanding of the principles of Agile• Formulate, define scope, objectives and lead the agile transition to ensure it is smooth and adheres to the agile delivery guidelines and standard• Consult with the business and technology partners to determine areas that may need refinement. • Partner with management teams to ensure appropriate integration of functions to meet goals; identify and define necessary system enhancements to deploy new products and process enhancements• Identify and communicate risks and impacts; propose risk mitigation options when considering the implications of the application of the Agile methodology to the current environment• Strategize and formulate a plan to increase organization level of Agile maturity, at the appropriate time and with the appropriate business climate in mind• Provide in-depth and sophisticated analysis with interpretive thinking to define problems and develop innovative solutions• Influence strategic as well as tactical decisions through advice, counsel or provided services which directly impact the business of software delivery
