CurrentI find cost effective, practical, and timely solutions to complex contract problems. I work to understand the problem, the parties, and their interests. Most contract disputes exist due to factual uncertainty. No one wants to pay a large claim -- not the government or the contractor. Each party has a differing view of the facts, often the product of wishful thinking. Timely, effective dispute resolution (including litigation) is less about fighting and more about education and problem solving.
