Responsible for the deployment of all HBS-specific training initiatives for our EMEAI Service and Solutions businesses. This includes managing a small team of expert technical instructors, supporting our core product offerings.

Providing training support to accompany the EMEAI-wide implementation of new customer service processes and software applications, as well as hand-held mobile communication and reporting tools for field technicians.
