About David Bosley

My journey into consultancy followed a varied path from design creative to IT technical support, service management to project management, business analysis to business change. Each area naturally flowed into the next inheriting and enhancing knowledge. My consultancy assignments at CMC have enabled me to work with a broad range of clients, addressing exciting challenges across many diverse sectors. Whether NHS or Central Government, Local Government or MOD, each role has enabled me to utilise aspects of business analysis, business change, project and service management. With experience reaching across public and private sectors, high value, multi-departmental programmes, focus has always been on delivering positive outcomes. Mindful of the 4P's of successful transformation: People, People, People and People; I enjoy collaboration and building long term relationships through engagement at all levels of the business. I ​am fortunate to be part of CMC, an organisation who actively support personal development, growth and an agile mindset. In February 2021, CMC became an Employee Owned Trust (EOT) and, in addition to being a line manager, I am also a staff trustee on the EO Board. It is a significant next step in our journey and an exciting transformation that I feel extremely privileged to be part of.
