It also franchises 38 Ecotel Cash and Carry outlets and operates 6 La Corpo Cash and Carry stores in France. The E.CF group employs over 1400 staff including 350 Reward Distribution which has been part of the wholesaling landscape in Australia for more than 30 years and the leading national non-food distributor of hospitality products across the country. We can also offer a complete design & fit-out service for commercial food service solutions via our National Projects team. Reward operates 17 sites across Australia including 9 Hospitality Retail Stores open to the trade and the public. The recent acquisition by the E.CF Group has enables Reward to provide a unique offering that no one in the Australian market will be able to match and to set benchmarks for the rest of the industry to aspire too. Our key focus of sales will continue to be in:Table top- crockery, cutlery, Glassware, Catering products- gloves, wraps ,garbage bags, Disposables- packaging, cups, napkins, Cleaning products- brooms, buckets, mops, cloths, Washroom –paper, Commercial Equipment- Kitchen , Laundry & Cleaning equipment. Our customers include: • Pubs & Clubs • Restaurants & Cafes • Hotels / Resorts • Hospitals / Aged Care • Government Departments • Schools & Mining camp kitchens

Role: To provide leadership and direction within the Operational, Sales and Marketing divisions. Key Responsibilities:/ Developing and implementing strategic business models in line with Jackaroo’s 4 service drivers – Customers, Suppliers, Employees and Shareholder, establishing directional plans with defined targets and performance indicators/ High level relationship management, developing and maintaining key business relationships with local and international customers and suppliers/ Driving B2B sales, actively pursuing business opportunities, developing innovative supply solutions to provide a tailor-made approach for each customer/ Conducting tactical market research analysis and evaluating competitor activities to exploit potential growth areas and further develop our standing as a market leader/ Initiating and negotiating pricing deals for business customers across many countries

Role: A member of the Board of Directors, responsible for all Operations, Marketing and Sales activities across Australia and New Zealand. Key Responsibilities:/ Developing and executing Operational, Marketing and Sales strategies, leading on divisional business plans to provide a clear and focused company vision and goal/ Managing a team of divisional General Managers, providing leadership, setting clear key performance indicators and business targets / Establishing and building upon strategic local and international client and supplier relationships in order to negotiate and secure favourable terms and maximise profits/ Implementing highly effective supply chain improvements, and driving operational efficiencies as part of a continuous improvement ethos/ Conducting tactical market and competitor analysis seeking out potential merger and acquisition opportunities to continue to develop and grow the business/ Managing working capital, preparing sales and operational budgets with the Group Finance Department, presenting half and full year results to financial institutions / Company ambassador, representing CPI Group as their key spokesperson for all public relations activities, promoting the company and building brand awareness

Role: Reporting to the Managing Director, manage and drive all Sales and Marketing operational initiatives. Key Responsibilities: / Manage and lead a team of state-based Regional Managers and Sales Managers, setting business and sales targets and managing performance/ Produce and implement national sales and marketing campaigns, maximising exposure to building the business brand and generate sales/ Manage the Group Marketing team, providing direction and leadership in all marketing strategies and business activities/ Actively seeking out new internal and external business opportunities, relationship building, and preparing and presenting tender responses/ Preparing sales and marketing budgets for presentation to the Board/ Working closely with Group Supply Department on product selection and launch strategies, providing product expertise and market knowledge to maximise profits

Role: Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, oversee all Sales activities for the NSW region
