I am a graphic designer, passionate about good design and communicating ideas through visuals. I bring a variety of skills and knowledge to the table. My experience and confidence have helped me thrive on my own and as part of teams consisting of writers, developers and designers. I’ve worked as a freelance designer, an art director at a large Indiana bakery, in senior designer roles at three leading companies in digital marketing software, and as graphic designer at a talent acquisition technology provider. Currently graphic designer on the Terrain team.It is important for me to work with a company I believe in and to be part of a team that cares about their work and one another. Helped evolve the company rebrand in 2019, combining three acquired companies under Jobvite. Designed and produced multiple presentations, graphics for digital/print, promotional swag, and recruiting industry-specific pieces, with focus twice yearly on two signature reports, Job Seeker Nation and Recruiter Nation. • 2015-2019: Senior Brand Designer at Return Path. Key member of Brand & Digital team that established the company’s brand globally, including design & production of templates, promos, and other materials. Helped set them apart as an industry leader until acquisition by Validity.• 2004-2014: Senior Graphic designer at ExactTarget. Played important role in marketing efforts, including digital & print assets, promos, presentations, and large-scale event graphics. Was part of the incredible growth of the company through IPO to acquisition by Salesforce.• 1999-2004: Graphic design, web design, and motion graphics work at two tech consulting firms during the dot com boom/bust.• 1991-1999: Art director at a large, Indiana bakery, overseeing and producing promotional projects from hand-drawn designs to digitally produced artwork, silkscreen, and vacuum forming.Devotion to my family, friends, and principles has remained constant along with a passion for design and lifelong learning.
