I am excited to be back at EY after obtaining my MBA. My current role within the Performance Improvement - Finance team in the Advisory service line at EY has provided me the opportunity to build value for my clients in diverse ways. Several recent highlights include:- Serving as a program manager for a client's ERP upgrade and international expansion, driving testing and defect resolution and developing management reporting to enable a successful Go-Live. - Coordinating global teams to provide localization requirements for a client's planned global expansion. Delivering key knowledge to my client to allow them to consider business and regulatory issues in mutiple regions.- Leading a review of a distributor in Asia for a client which resulted in significant revenue recovery and provided the client with important insight into its distributor management processes.

As a Senior Associate in the Ernst & Young advisory services practice I helped large multinational clients improve their business performance. My primarily focus was on third party inspection audits focusing on licensing and contract compliance. My clients were primarily in the technology industry with a focus on large software and semiconductor clients. I led teams in South America, Asia, Europe and the Middle East. I delivered significant ROI to my clients by identifying inaccurate reporting by licensees and distributors while helping my clients improve their royalty and distributor tracking processes to maximize upfront revenue in the future.

I obtained valuable international experience during my time with Fitzpatrick Consulting. I learned about European regulations and standards while helping review client records at this small accounting firm in Dublin, Ireland.

My experience at IBM was integral in building my understanding of processes within Finance and Accounting departments. In this position, I processed transactions and assisted with the period close processes.
