A career pensions professional with many years' experience in the provision of administration, governance and secretarial services to trust-based occupational pension schemes. A proven track record in the successful management of administration operations and scheme governance. A Fellow of the Pensions Management Institute and law graduate. One of the largest projects I have managed in a previous role, as part of a small team of colleagues, was the offshoring of bulk member administration processes to India. This included managing the handover, structuring teams within the new department, identifying and acting on training and development needs, and working very closely with the teams in India to audit work and provide ongoing coaching and support. I also managed an administration team in India for several months as part of the transition.
