I was in charge of the digital transformation of the Pets division. Supported by an agency we design the website and social media Strategy. I was involved in the marketing plan creating and the sales strategy and tracking. Design and management of the POS materials. And sales force direct contact.Events Production, Congress, fairs and marketing events.I leaded the Social Responsibility program.Main Achievements, During those 2 years our division growth a 23%Ø The social program reached a 145% of the KPI, by training kids on animal care.Ø The Social Media strategy reached a 137% of the KPI.
