I am responsible for managing a staff of up to 14 employees. I have developed and maintain the daily operations of a 10,000 sq. ft. retail hardware store with an outside lumber facility. Starting out working in the lumberyard years ago has allowed me to appreciate the difficulties of the yard positions and earn the respect from my employees because I will never ask them to do a task I have not or would not do.

I worked in the lumberyard pulling orders for deliveries, operating forklifts, restocking materials, customer service and delivering to jobsites. The first few years we unloaded all materials by hand including lumber, shingles, Sheetrock and concrete.

I was a member of a highly motivated and skilled team transporting weapons and munitions. Keeping equipment and vehicles in top working order as well as careful inspection of those vehicles and all related equipment.
