I provide consulting and coaching for employers and non-profits as they integrate and discover the benefits and strengths of growing multicultural diversity. I also represent and serve Internationals, refugees and non-American born residents in their adaptation and integration. Communications for the National Executive team for Cru's campus ministry, internal communications for staff during broad reorganization, and development of web platform for helping staff understand and navigate and engage with the changes.

Trained and developed communities of Cru staff and volunteers tasked with launching and sustaining new local Cru organizations in 43 countries, inspiring and empowering shared leadership and local ownership; developed core training material used for training trainers and expanding to new locations; coached and developed individual practitioners and networks of practitioners; created and sustained learning communities, cohorts and networks of trainers and practitioners in Europe, Africa, Middle East, South Asia, and South East Asia; led global cultural and internal organizational change within Cru to support exponential increase in volunteers and new locations.

Trained and led communities of staff and volunteers who owned and led launching communities in new universities and colleges across the scope of their nation. Developing, coaching and equipping national leaders and staff as they started and coached volunteer-led student organizations in the 18 countries of Eastern Europe and Russia.

Founded and developed national catalytic team which launched volunteer-led communities in universities in 21 cities across Romania. Multinational team development, characterized by an environment of empowerment, care and development for team members, and developing younger leaders to excel and lead.

Pioneered establishment of our organization in Western Romania; developed organizational strategic plan for Western Romania; led multinational team to accomplish organizational objectives; recruited volunteers and student leaders and built collaborative volunteer efforts with other organizations and churches.
