An IT Leader with over 30 years’ experience leading and shaping the delivery of change in Financial Services. Most recent assignment for Scottish Widows, supporting the establishment of a third-party (FNZ) Group Pensions platform and ensuring that the migration of c1.5m policies from legacy systems was completed successfully. Specific responsibilities to assure that the new platform would continue to perform robustly and without issue following the migration. As Head of Supplier Strategy at Old Mutual Wealth, created a new model for the delivery of IT services through third parties; negotiating and executing major new contracts for network services (BT) and for infrastructure and application services (HCL). Previously, as Head of IT for Equitable Life, led that function through its most significant transformation in over a decade; establishing the new IT teams and delivering a transfer of all the IT services to a new IT hosting provider.
