Having spent short-term periods learning about the retail sector with M&S, I spent a few months doing the very rewarding role of School Escort looking after children with special needs en-route to and from school.I am now returning to my roots and looking to move the support of ICT forward for a progressive junior Academy.During the last year at IBM I was Change Manager on a large insurance account as well as being one of the Out of Hours Duty managers for Major Incident co-ordination on the account. In the previous 15 years I worked in a variety of technical support roles including development of formatted e-mails, Deskside support (as a Team Leader for much of this) and Server management.I have project management experience as well as in-depth knowledge of the Windows Server products, Novell Netware, Anti-virus (key resource on account) and Remote Access Systems (key resource on account), having participated in the design, development and implementation of the Anti-virus and Remote Access systems on the account I latterly worked on.My extensive level of experience working with large clients and in IT in both the Insurance and Pharmaceutical industries makes me confident of my adaptability, allowing me to transition smoothly into a variety of roles.Specialties: Large Change Management Programmes,Service Managment,Wintel Server Management,Mentoring and training.Incident Managment,Client Relationship and Management,Project Management.
