Collaborated with clients (and their customers) to create highly engaging and fun experiences for web, mobile and tablet. Futuredraft takes a unique approach to projects, developing experiences in short, highly iterative sprints that incorporate frequent validation with user/customer testing and co-creation sessions. This process of "designing in the open" brings all parties - designer, client and customer - into the creative process, resulting in experiences that are more aligned with market realities and customer needs.

Responsible for digital move money experiences. My contributions in this short duration include designs for Bank By Appointment and Apple Pay, all the way down to completely redesigning Bill Pay and Transfers (which I hope will see the light of day in the future,) and an amazing and unforgettable experience at the Stanford d.school.

My work at Chase impacts the web and mobile experience of millions of customers every day. I've led many mobile efforts with forward-looking concepts and a complete redesign of chase.com from the ground up. I've managed a group of interaction designers and analysts to many accomplishments while transitioning to an Agile process.

My most notable projects included the participation in a multi-million dollar corporate site redesign and the lead design position for an industry leading online account application, which required no offline process, has won multiple awards and #1 ratings, and has driven over a billion dollars in business.
