Responsibilities• Train clients on standalone hardware and GlobalPayments Integrated’s web based tools• Train clients on use and best practices for online virtual terminal, credit card and ACH reporting, payment requests, and user creation• Train clients on GlobalPayments Integrated’s business analytics tool, Customer Engagement Suite• Train clients on setup, use and function of non-integrated, standalone EMV devices• Install GlobalPayments Integrated Products, hardware and integrate with client’s Point-of-Sale• Load client processing account credentials• Setup and configure integrated credit card reader/EMV devices• Integrate with POS• Test and confirm ability to charge credit and debit cards• Train clients on how to use integrated features and GlobalPayments Integrates web services• Update account status and add detailed notes• Document all client interactions according to department procedure, keeping detailed, accurate notes• Utilize G Suite products• Use Google Meetings to interact with clients and members of the Implementations team• Adhere to PCI process and procedure• Perform the necessary level of data verification for client interactions• Understand the basics of PCI requirements for clients and be able to help answer or direct their PCI related questions• Provide technical/account support• Follow-up within 2 business days of clients go live date for additional support and confirming successful processing• Provide support for technical issues and questions newly implemented clients may encounter• Conference with appropriate parties as part of regular implementations’ support to facilitate solutions• Research and learn new GlobalPayments Integrated products, integrations, and partner products• Other duties as Assigned by Supervisor/Manager

-Pick and pack items for dispatch to customers-Receive product from vendors, ensure physical count matches purchase order/invoice, and resolve discrepancies-Inventory management and re-shelving of canceled orders-Clean and organize warehouse-Manage waste and spoilage through strict compliance with FIFO practice-Contact customer for substituted or out-of-stock items

Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently Ability to read, write. Ability to listen and comprehend respondent answers and accurately and efficiently type answers into the Company’s survey software platform. Typing speed of 30 wpm while maintaining accuracy. Ability to sit and type for majority of shift.

Cashiers play a critical customer service role by providing customers with fast, friendly, accurate and safe service. They process Checkout and/or Return transactions, as well as monitor and maintain the Self-Checkout area. They proactively seek product/project knowledge to provide customers with information and identify selling opportunities. They follow all policies and procedures to ensure that shrink is minimized. A Head Cashier will position Cashiers and support them by expediting price checks, approving Point of Sale transactions and markdowns for mainline registers, Self-Checkout, Returns, Pro Desk, Special Services, and Tool Rental. They provide first level escalation for customer issues and assist in the supervision, coaching and training of other Front End Associates by participating in the training of new Cashiers and utilizing all available tools to coach and develop other Cashiers.
