I am a Project Manager, Director (and co-owner) of TPI. I oversee and direct all TPI technical teams.I am a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors with over 35 years' experience in the construction industry and have held senior management responsibility for project delivery in both contracting and consultancy businesses. I have also acted as a Development Manager. I am well versed in all forms of construction procurement and have extensive technical knowledge of the construction process and its programme intricacies. My broad based experience has been particularly valuable when acting as both Project Manager & Employer’s Agent on constrained City Centre Sites. My commercial experience coupled with an extensive knowledge of the major construction contracts, means that I am equally comfortable in undertaking the role of Construction Manager which I have done for a number of Client’s on a wide range of building types, successfully.Clients find my insight based on extensive experience of both contracting and consulting adds significant value to their projects.TPI was formed in 1984 and we have an extensive track record in project management and successfully delivered projects.Our mission statement is to act in our Clients best interests at all times.
