I was involved with the preparation of construction contracts for clients having worked extensively with a range of SBCC JCT contracts including Design and Build Contracts, Minor Works Contracts (with and without contractors design portions) and Standard Building Contracts (with and without Quantities). I have also gained comprehensive experience working on projects which have employed the PPC International - ACA Standard Form of Contract for Project Partnering form of contract working closely with the contractor on large scale refurbishment contracts.I have also worked extensively under the role of CDM Co-ordinator for a number of projects.
